Kingswood Parish Footpaths

Kingswood Parish Footpaths

Kingswood is fortunate in having in excess of 19 miles of Public Footpaths.
Historically these were used as routes to work, places of worship and of course shortcuts to Public Houses and other very necessary destinations.
These days of course they are used primarilay for leisure purposes and while much work is carried out attempting to keep all the paths open, there will at times be problems. Whether it be because of broken stiles, gates which cannot be opened or because the path is blocked, all these problems can be rectified given time.
We are fortunate in having Footpath Wardens who are monitoring the state of the footpaths and so if you encounter a problem please email the details, giving as much information as possible.
